Template customization as seen in our Foundational Studio package means that we start with a fully functional website design, which we tailor to your brand by integrating your colours, fonts, logo, imagery and copy - ensuring it feels uniquely yours. Your booking system, schedule, class & teacher descriptions will also be seamlessly incorporated. Since the wireframe is already in place, this option allows for a faster turnaround compared to a fully custom website but offers a done-for-you service as compared to the template purchase.
Absolutely. That’s why we partner with Momence & Bsport - while you set up your studio on their platform, we ensure your schedule and all essential details are seamlessly integrated into your beautifully designed website.
We design exclusively on SHOWIT - a platform that offers exceptional flexibility in both design and development. Once your site is handed over to you, managing and updating it is intuitive, and we’ll provide video tutorials to guide you through any edits. The only additional costs on your end are a domain (via e.g. Go Daddy) and a website hosting subscription via SHOWIT, starting at $22 per month.
Absolutely! We know investing in building your studio brand is a big, yet worthwhile investment. We can discuss payment plans in our discovery call and find one that works best for you and your financial situation.
We don’t handle copywriting in-house, but we collaborate with professional copywriters who craft web-optimised copy that tells your story your way. If you haven’t refined your copy yet, we’re happy to connect you with a talent from our network. On top of that, each package includes a free copy template to guide you write clear, relevant content for your website.

In a free 30-minute discovery call we discuss your needs and vision and you can ask anything about the design process.
If you got a good feeling from our call and Studio OAX feels like a good fit, it’s time to submit your application.
You’ll receive an overview of all the packages to choose from. Your project proposal will be sent to you and it’s time to sign the contract.
As a final step, we’ll reach out to you and schedule a kick-off meeting to discuss the full project scope.
Once the contract is signed, you pay a 500€ pre-payment to save your spot on our calendar.

We’ll create an individual online environment for your project that provides a comprehensive overview of the project scope, your timeline and all deliverables.
In order to create a brand and website as close as possible to your vision, we’ll ask you to fill in a brand questionnaire and create a moodboard that will serve as inspiration for your project.
Based on your moodboard and questionnaire, you receive two creative directions to choose from. Once you pick your favourite, we’ll design your brand identity - logo, colour palette, and typography included. We have two feedback rounds, as we want you to receive exactly what you envision.
Time to bring your brand to life online. We’ll start with a wireframe and once you’re happy with the design, we’ll develop your site for seamless viewing on both desktop and mobile.
